Shipping Policy


Order Processing

Please allow up to 24 hours for processing and production time before your order is shipped. During promotional or sales periods, processing may take 3–5 business days.

Shipping Times

  • Average transit times to the United States: 5 – 10 business days
  • Average transit times Internationally: 7 – 15 business days

Remote areas may take up to 30 days for delivery. Please note that natural disasters, holidays, weather, and other factors beyond our control may cause delays. Martivo does not guarantee exact delivery times, as shipping issues are the responsibility of the carrier.

Disclaimer

Ownership of packages transfers to the buyer once they are handed over to the carrier. Martivo ensures packages are in good condition before shipping, but we are not responsible for delays, lost, held, or damaged packages, mis-delivery errors by the carrier, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect shipping information. Any shipping issues must be resolved by contacting the relevant carrier directly.

Tracking Information

We provide tracking for every order once it has shipped. Tracking can be accessed via the Track Your Order page on our website. Some items may ship separately from different fulfillment centers worldwide.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your package has been delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, family members, roommates, or your property manager. Once the carrier marks an item as delivered, we consider the order successfully fulfilled. Martivo cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

U.S. Customers

  • USPS vehicles sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely. Please allow one business day for the package to arrive.
  • Contact your local USPS post office (not the hotline) for quicker, more accurate information.
  • If your package still does not arrive, file a claim with USPS.

International Customers

  • Check your door/mailbox for a note from your local post office.
  • Contact your local post office or customs office for more details.

High-Risk Orders

To protect our customers, Martivo has additional verification procedures for orders flagged as high-risk. Verification may involve contacting you by email or SMS and requesting further information. High-risk orders will not be shipped until verification is complete. Failure to respond may
