Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at info@martivostore.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Note: Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Cancellations
You have 24 hours to cancel your order after it has been placed. Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel. After this window, once the item is shipped, you will need to follow the return process. In rare cases, we may be able to cancel orders after shipping; however, a $20 courier cancellation fee will apply.
Note: You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company—posting times may vary. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at info@martivostore.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@martivostore.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
